Better business productivity with Evernote | ncorde

Evernote is a useful multi-platform app that lets you organise and collect notes. It is a great tool for easy synchronization of notes across multiple devices and various platforms. It’s used extensively to save, edit, and share notes among different devices and with multiple users. It works great for group collaborations and is great to jot down ideas on-the-go.

Evernote can store anything and everything, and it’s amazing. Not only can you store any text you’d like, but you can also capture audio, photos and PDF files, and have them appear in the note. Not only that, but the images and PDF files you add to Evernote become searchable.

The search capabilities of Evernote are amazing too!

With evernote you can give your team the one workspace they’ll need for all the steps of a project, from brainstorm to launch.Your business data stays in your control because Evernote protects it with industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.

Aside from its use as a standalone tool for business productivity, Evernote has the capability to share both notebooks and individual notes via a unique URL link. Notebooks can be shared with read-only rights (useful for reference materials, company-wide memos, and business process documentation) or with the ability to make changes to everything you share (this feature makes Evernote an excellent tool for collaboration).

Evernote doesn’t take security matters lightly, so much so that the app provides an encryption feature to secure its users’ data. You can encrypt part or the whole text of your note using a password and no one will be able to read that text without the password.

These capabilities lend themselves to a number of Evernote uses:
